It can be consumed at 3 different stages
Non Ripe Stage
Color: Yellow
Non Ripe stage will give you crunch and sweetness that you would never expect.
Semi-Ripe Stage
Color: Yellowish Brown
Semi-Ripe stage will give you both crunchiness and Increased sweetness than the former.
Ripe Stage
Color: Brown
Ripe stage will give you a completely melted soft texture with the highest sugar content needed to make jams or desserts with it or just as it is for the best taste.
